Gillian Blekkenhorst is a multi-media artist living in downtown Toronto. She learned a bit of animation at Sheridan College before moving into Illustration at OCAD University. She now works slightly more than full time as a VFX assistant in the advertising industry. With the remaining time that should be used for sleeping, she spins ridiculous yarns, in comic, computer game, animation, film, and silly late night conversational form. She has previously published comics through the Diorama Comics collective, and currently hangs out making stuff with her friendship edition homies and sometimes with the Dames Making Games crowd. She has shown work in several illustration and comics themed shows around Toronto. She loves ghost stories and scary fish.
