Marta Chudolinska is a printmaker, bookbinder, comic artist and zinemaker fascinated by the mystical, narrative potential of images.
Her first wordless graphic novel, Back + Forth: A novel in 90 linocuts, was published in 2009 by the Porcupine’s Quill and nominated for a Doug Wright Award.
In 2012, she produced Boom Boom Boom: A Sex Anthology, a hand-bound collection of erotic wordless stories by various artists told through wood engravings and linocuts.
She has published several mini comics as part of her handmade book project, Private Spectacle Press.
Her papercut comic, Babcia, is currently being serialized in Broken Pencil Magazine.
