Tory Woollcott
Tory Woollcott was born and raised in Toronto, and has a degree in archaeology and Near Eastern studies. She has worked as a field archaeologist in Madaba, Jordan, a researcher and illustrator for the University of Toronto and Royal Ontario Museum, and as a news graphics designer for a major television news channel.
An advocate for dyslexia awareness, Tory self-published her first graphic novel, Mirror Mind, a memoir which recounts her experiences growing up with dyslexia, and currently works with LD children, training them to use adaptive technology to help them learn.
