Hi folks,

Just landed in Toronto after a fantastic trip to Japan. I’m working on a proper follow up  but I just wanted to put up a quick post  that TCAF’s first trip to Japan was a complete success. Our exhibition at the Kaigai Manga Festa went extremely well. Thanks to everyone that helped us out in getting this trip together, including the Canada Council for the Arts.

One of the exhibitions we put together is still up at the Shibuya Parco art gallery until December 2nd. If you get a chance please check it out — and if you can’t, here is a great little write up in the Tokyo Weekender.

Drawn & Quarterly publisher Chris Oliveros also did a write up on his trip, as did David Namisato.

Please check back for our official follow up in the coming days.
